A program that combines traditional Korean meditation with brain science to improve stress management and emotional coaching, and to promote self-empowerment.
This course introduces students to the basic principles of Brain Education. It incorporates brain wave vibration and meditation practices. Students will learn the scientific effects of brain wave vibration meditation and ways to practice meditation in daily life. The course will be run with two parts: an expert's explanation of the scientific theory which is followed by step-by-step practical guidance by a meditation trainer.
